In this role, you will be directly involved in the delivery and evolution of product launches, product updates, subscription communications, and customer lifecycle strategies.This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with teams across the business, including product, sales, legal, and portfolio management, ensuring that all efforts are aligned and activities are managed seamlessly. Your project management expertise will ensure you deliver, track and report on product and investor KPIs, aligning efforts with broader business objectives.If you're ambitious, curious, and passionate about building your career while making an impact in the finance and investment space at a leading, fast-growing business, this is the role for you.Role ResponsibilitiesDeliver product marketing initiatives for ETFs and other financial products, from concept through to execution. This includes ETF product launches and tactical campaigns.Build and evolve email and engagement campaigns/nudges as it relates to your area of focus.Assist in managing and delivering product related activity, including launch communications, customer engagement strategies and larger campaign development.Collaborate with internal teams including product, sales, legal, and portfolio management to ensure seamless project delivery.Communicate to marketing department and external teams on the ETF marketing activity and launch pipeline to ensure alignment.Support the messaging and positioning of ETFs to ensure clarity in the target audiences.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing and investor engagement to improve campaigns over time.Improve, innovate and develop how our products are presented in the market.Leverage insights to assist in the development of data-driven marketing campaigns that support business objectives and share feedback with other teams.Skills & Experience4+ years of marketing experience with a strong interest in investing or background in the industry.Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team.Genuine interest in ETFs, financial markets and investing.Excellent stakeholder and communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience using different technologies with knowledge of WordPress, email tools (Braze advantageous) and analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude).Strong organisational skills with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.Reasons To Join UsWhat We OfferBetashares believes our most important asset is our people and we are proud of the culture we have built – but we are always striving to be better.
