This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's vision and objectives. The Marketing Manager will lead efforts to attract and retain customers, enhance brand awareness, and ensure the effective use of marketing resources. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is crucial in shaping the company's market positioning and competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences.Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.Content Coordination: Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure all marketing content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the company's objectives and customer needs.Asset Management: Oversee the management and utilization of company marketing assets, ensuring they are effectively used and maintained.Outsource Coordination: Work closely with the current marketing outsourcing provider to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing strategies.Website Management: Maintain and improve the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Direct Reports: The Marketing Manager will have one direct report, a Graphic Designer, to support the creation of visual content.
