By joining our team, you are not only stepping into a great career opportunity, but you are also part of something bigger.Your New RoleAs the subject matter expert, you will lead the development, implementation and execution of Cara's branding strategy and marketing campaigns whilst inspiring the Cara team to raise awareness, generate demand, and support the business growth ahead in an environment of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, influence, and implement a marketing strategy and plan along with associated campaigns.Plan and implement multiple marketing activities across various platforms.Manage content copywriting, graphic design, and video editing in line with branding guidelines.Manage SEO and SEM management and optimisation.Develop reporting structures to measure marketing campaigns against goals.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including internal supporters, clients, and benefactors.Manage projects within the marketing team adhering to the marketing strategy.Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.Review current processes and outcomes, and pursue opportunities to improve productivity and utilisation.Ensure compliance with any regulatory requirements.Skills and ExperienceTertiary qualifications in communications or advertising/marketing or related field.Strong background in marketing, brand management, campaign and media planning, and creative production processes.Strong digital and traditional marketing knowledge.Able to think strategically and tactically.Able to liaise, consult, negotiate, and network with internal stakeholders to shape and create strategically aligned, engaging narratives in a range of environments, including digital and industry events.Exceptional level of written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to inform, influence, and engage.Commercial acumen with strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.Able to think creatively, manage multiple projects simultaneously and streamline processes to boost efficiencies.In addition, you will need to have a current NDIS Worker Check (or willing to acquire) along with sufficient rights to work in Australia.BenefitsGreat career opportunities in a growing organisation.Competitive remuneration package plus salary packaging benefits (up to $15,899 tax free and $2,650 tax free on meals and entertainment).Rewarding and supportive team environment.Paid parental leave.Follow the links on this page to complete the online application including your Cover Letter and Resume, prior to COB on Friday the 25th of October.For a confidential discussion please contact Recruitment on 8243 5000.Role TypeCompany OverviewCara is a leading disability service provider working alongside people with disability across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia.
