Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)
Based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, content creation, and data-driven decision-making, tailored to the SaaS business model.
Datanova is a fast growing SaaS company in the community health sector that has recently taken on growth capital from a leading Australian private equity fund.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.Identify target markets and refine messaging to address customer needs.Plan marketing budgets and optimise resource allocation.Drive lead generation campaigns through email, social media, SEO, PPC, and partnerships.Implement marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture and qualify leads.Collaborate with sales to optimise lead conversion strategies.Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars.Develop messaging frameworks and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.Lead initiatives to position the company as a thought leader in the SaaS industry.Ownership of the look, feel and content of the Datanova website.Work closely with product teams to understand offerings and develop go-to-market strategies for new features or products.Create educational materials, demos, and customer stories to showcase product value.Analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.Use insights to continuously refine strategies and improve performance metrics.Report progress and outcomes to stakeholders.Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and customer success) to align efforts.About YouExperience
Minimum of 5 years in marketing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.Proven track record of driving measurable results through integrated marketing campaigns.Experience in NDIS or Aged Care sectors is advantageous but not essential.Skills
Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo etc).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.In-depth understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and customer acquisition processes.Familiarity with B2B marketing tactics and strategies.Education
