Grafik Optymalny is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who is eager to take on a pivotal role in our growing organization. This is a green field opportunity, perfect for someone who is passionate about creating and executing marketing strategies from the ground up. You will have access to industry-leading tools such as HubSpot, Tactiq/Fireflies/Copilot, and the support of experts within Grafik Optymalny and Everfield to drive your initiatives. We are looking for someone with the experience, creativity, and energy to leverage these resources and deliver impactful results.
What We Are Looking For Experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM) Minimum of one year of experience working with ABM Ability to implement the basics of ABM, and further development of the implementation Communication and Marketing Channels Experience with email communication, LinkedIn, and phone outreach End-to-End Process Management Knowledge of the process from research ICP matched records to schedule the discovery call Monitoring and optimizing the communication process with prospects Flexibility and Collaboration Willingness to collaborate with freelancers and external companies for research and content creation Openness to hands-on work in the early stages of collaboration, as we are currently too small to hire a full team immediately Database and Record Management Ability to manage a contact database, including segmentation and tagging Technical Skills and Tools Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional for campaign planning and monitoring Proficiency with collaboration in cloud environments Content Creation and Management Ability to create marketing content, landing pages, and lead magnets.
