They have a development pipeline of residential, retail, commercial, and masterplanned communities projects. The role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be based in Port Macquarie and working on a large-scale masterplanned community development. Reporting to a highly regarded Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
Create & Implement High-Quality Marketing Campaigns Utilise both Traditional & Digital Marketing to Generate Leads Prepare and Manage the Annual Marketing Budget Develop 12-month PR Plan to Build Profile of the Development Effectively Manage & Mentor a Marketing Assistant To be considered for this exciting position you will ideally possess the following:
Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Comms, or equivalent 5 Years Experience in Marketing, or Comms, ideally in Property Experience Designing & Executing Successful PR Campaigns Proven Track Record in Digital, & Social Media Marketing Ability to Prioritise Workload & Meet Critical Deadlines Benefits Career-Defining Role – Secure Developer Large Development Pipeline with more Acquisitions on the Way Manage & Oversee Your Own Marketing Assistant Work with a Highly Regarded Head of Marketing Attractive Base Salary on Offer
