Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Engagement on a 12 month maternity leave cover, you will lead the marketing function for our Early Start Australia (ESA) brand, driving business growth through customer and marketing insights, and the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan.
As an experienced marketing professional, you'll join APM's disability portfolio marketing team, collaborating with a talented group focused on driving growth and increasing awareness of our disability brands and services among targeted audience segments.
What you will do Work closely with Early Start Australia's senior leadership team, the broader APM Marketing team, the Talent Acquisition team and other senior leaders within APM to deliver the businesses marketing plans and campaign strategies to support business growth.Work closely with agencies, content, social and digital specialists to ensure our digital footprint is optimised.Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing effectiveness, including monitoring and evaluation of campaign activity, lead generation and conversion.Lead the coordination of assets, advertising and promotional activities and provide support on internal communications and event marketing initiatives.Ensure campaigns and content are accessible, inclusive and apply best practice methodologies and industry recognised systems, processes and guidelines.What you will bring You are a curious, proactive, creative marketer, who thrives in a customer-focussed environment. You will work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with the team. You will bring a genuine interest and passion for the health and disability sectors and a keenness to underpin APM's marketing team and strategies, along with:
3-5+ years' experience in a similar B2C or relevant agency role.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.Experience in social media and digital advertising strategy, implementation and oversight.Proven commercial and analytical capability and the ability to leverage data-driven insights.Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of, and experience in, the allied health marketing space is highly desirable, including an understanding of AHPRA guidelines.Be rewarded for your success When you join APM, there's an opportunity to grow your career in Human Services, across multiple global brands and geographies.
