As the Marketing Manager

for Liven's hospitality SaaS product, Liven One , you will have a direct impact on positioning our product as a market leader.
Working closely with the Chief Customer Officer and cross-functional teams, you will drive organic demand generation and bring our product's story to life.
This is a dynamic role with substantial growth opportunities, ideal for a highly capable marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments.

You'll be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities—from content creation

to analytics and partnerships —and must be highly proficient in digital marketing .

What you'll do

Campaign Development:

Design and execute demand generation campaigns by understanding Liven's products and customer needs.
Content Creation & Management:

Create, write, and manage content for blogs, emails, case studies, website pages, and social media platforms.
HubSpot Management:

Optimize HubSpot CRM for marketing automation, email campaigns, lead generation, and nurturing workflows.
Marketing Analytics:

Track and report on marketing performance across channels, using insights to improve strategies.
Data-Driven Insights:

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Looker, and others to extract data-driven insights that improve decision-making.
Website Optimization:

Collaborate with developers to enhance the website's conversion rates, visitor engagement, and lead generation.
Customer Success:

Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure hospitality brands achieve their desired outcomes using Liven One.
Marketing Measurement Framework:

Establish and maintain a robust marketing measurement framework, including OKRs, learning plans, and channel analysis.
Funnel Optimization:

Conduct detailed analyses of the marketing funnel, identify bottlenecks, and improve customer journeys to enhance conversion rates and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a B2B product marketing role, preferably within a SaaS-based business.
Advanced knowledge of HubSpot

with familiarity in Active Campaign

and Figma .
Experience with web analytics tools for campaign performance tracking.
Proficiency in ROI tracking

and working with numbers to report key metrics.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in Point of Sale , Hospitality , or Fintech

is highly regarded.
