The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of Adventure World's marketing efforts, leading campaigns that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and support our business growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to deliver compelling marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience and align with our commitment to sustainability and cultural immersion.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on driving revenue growth and enhancing brand awareness.Campaign Execution
Plan and oversee impactful marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and events, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute multi-channel campaigns.Liaise with media partners to identify new opportunities, negotiate rates, and deliver assets.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and platforms.Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with tourism bodies, suppliers, and partners to maximise opportunities for integrated campaigns.Identify innovative ways to leverage partnerships for greater impact and growth.Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, reservations, and finance, to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution across all marketing efforts.Insights and Analysis
Analyse campaign performance, sales data, and ROI to refine strategies and report actionable insights.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Planning and ImplementationOversee marketing budgets, ensuring accurate allocation of resources and adherence to financial objectives.Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.About You
