Your key responsibilities will include:Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize national marketing campaigns across our ANZ calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience engagement.Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with creative and media agencies to bring bold ideas to life, coordinating new product launches and innovations with both internal and external stakeholders.Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with our analytics team to assess campaign performance, providing insightful post-campaign analysis and recommending strategies to enhance future efforts.Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor the Marketing Executive, fostering a positive and productive work environment where ideas and growth are encouraged.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, evolving business.
