The Opportunity Thanks to a period of rapid growth, an outstanding new opportunity has been created for a Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the CEO and leading an experienced Marketing Assistant, the purpose of this role is to create and drive their national marketing strategy through digital and traditional channels, with the aim of enhancing brand awareness, customer retention, and lead generation.
This role is based out of their head office in Leeton NSW.
Day To Day Create the overall marketing strategy inline with the company's goalsDrive the implementation of the marketing strategy with support from the Marketing AssistantLead, manage and mentor the marketing team and implement improved systems and processesPartner with the Sales Manager to enable holistic marketing campaigns, including meeting key customersConduct reviews with the leadership team, focusing on achievements, learnings, and pivotsAbout You We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who has a track record of creating impactful and effective marketing campaigns in the ecommerce, consumable, distribution or similar industries.
This role has a focus on strategy and overall management of the marketing activities for the company, and would suit someone who doesn't mind being hands on to support the implementation and optimisation of campaigns.
