Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Digital Manager, you will continue to drive growth across our Home & Communities business as we position ourselves as an aged care provider of choice in an increasingly customer-driven market, by developing and implementing successful marketing initiatives and campaigns.
You will be responsible for collaborating to develop the Home & Communities marketing strategy and implementing initiatives across channels to meet campaign and business unit targets. Additionally, you will oversee aspects of campaign management, development of related marketing collateral and process improvement, partnering closely with key stakeholders and members of the broader marketing and digital team.
Your agile, customer-focused approach, together with your ability to apply your expertise to interpret and translate data and develop and implement plans to support the customer journey aligned to the sales and marketing funnel of a variety of products and services, will aid your success.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills together with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers, cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, in addition to;
Degree in Marketing, Business/Marketing or equivalent Demonstrated recentexperience as a marketing manager or similar role Aged Care orHealthcare industry experience – strongly preferred Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels, including digital and traditional media Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Demonstrated demand, lead generation and brand marketing experience Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, analytics tools, and social media management platforms Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services and retirement living across NSW and SE QLD.
