This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to manage the delivery of all components of the marketing strategy across our Bonds retail channel & visual merchandising, including end to end management for all channels required; in-store, in centre, and online.
The focus of this key role is on improving & elevating the customer experience, ensuring our brand positioning is consistent and our marketing activity both surprises & delights consumers.
You will be responsible for leading our collab strategy and the development of an omni-communications programme to drive traffic to both bricks and clicks.
This role will challenge your creativity, communication and leadership skills as you and your team collaborate internally and with key stakeholders to bring our marketing initiatives to life in a compelling and engaging way.
This dynamic role needs to balance the shorter-term imperatives of the business (and industry) with longer-term objectives to influence growth for both our brands and the category as a whole, making our brands, brands of choice for our target consumers and customers alike: What experience do I have?
Min of 5 years' experience in a brand marketing and or merchandising environment - FMCG, Clothing or cosmetics experience desirable Significant exposure to brands, the retail environment and retail customers Experience managing major brand campaigns executed across multiple channels Agency Management and experience managing budgets Strong project management skills and commercial awareness – ability to think laterally, act nimbly and navigate changing landscapes Strong communicator with a collaborative approach and comfortable leading cross functional teams About Us Hanes Australasia is a leading retailer with a network of over 550 stores, 14 websites, and an extensive wholesale presence across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
