The Consumer Marketing team sits within the Audience & Marketing function, which forms part of the larger Product & Audience group led by Melina Cruickshank.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Manager will have responsibility for the marketing strategy and delivery of marketing activity for the realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au brands, delivering against brand and business objectives.The Marketing Manager role will also lead and manage selected third-party partnerships, specifically but not limited to our long-term partnership with Sydney Swans.This role will also be the central liaison between Consumer Marketing and other key stakeholder teams including Product and Customer Group Marketing. It will collaborate closely with each of these internal teams to support their respective initiatives.What The Role Is All AboutProviding input into the marketing strategy through to managing the delivery of marketing assets across paid and owned channels.Accountability for the timely delivery and dispatch of campaign assets against media deadlines, including but not limited to TV, Outdoor, Radio, Digital Audio, Digital Video, Display and Print.Briefing both external agencies and internal teams on required assets, and ensuring appropriate approvals are received from key stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Product, and Customer.Serve as the primary contact within Consumer Marketing for the Customer Marketing team, supporting with consumer facing activity as necessary.Act as a key marketing point of contact for the relevant Product teams for both realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au, informing marketing plans and activity to ensure they best represent the latest product value.Accountable for delivering an annual plan of activity to maximise our Sydney Swans partnership, continually identifying ways to enhance partnership impact and acting as the key point of contact both internally and externally.Manage the development and execution of realcommercial.com.au brand activity across all channels, including end-to-end campaign management, from planning to campaign evaluation, working with internal teams on media plan development.Be accountable for realcommercial.com.au audience outcomes and delivery of monthly and quarterly reports, working in partnership with internal digital marketing specialists.Manage all third-party supplier administration: CAFs, setting up new vendors, legal approvals of all marketing claims and collateral including TVCs.Be the key point of contact for internal communications and corporate requirements, including internal marketing assets.Manage the financial process – raising and receipting of purchase orders, processing invoices and keeping the marketing budget tracker accurate and up to date.Who We're Looking For7+ years' marketing experience, with demonstrated success in developing and executing media campaigns and campaign creative across multiple channels to deliver business outcomes.Experience managing a combination of external agencies and internal design teams to deliver best in class creative assets.Experience working in a digital business alongside product teams to communicate consumer value will be advantageous.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform channel and creative strategy.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising or similar.The REA ExperienceThe physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we'll never stop caring about.
