Our client:Our client is a successful hospitality business that took one of Australia's favourite meals, added a healthy twist, and created an iconic restaurant chain that has subsequently become a popular and much-loved lunch and dinner venue.They opened their first restaurant in 2004 and since that time has opened additional venues across the east coast of Australia. They currently have 16 venues (and growing) coupled with a workforce of over 400 people.
The Role:As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of all marketing activities across head-office and the stores.You will play an integral part in the development and activation of marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple platforms including mobile, social media, email, in-store, and events. The good news is, you won't be starting from scratch because this business already has a solid marketing history, with great content and over 50k followers on socials alone.The business history tells a great story, their existing content is contemporary and playful, and management aren't afraid to shake things up and try new approaches.
What are we looking for? Previous experience in a marketing role (not less than 3 years) coupled with a minimum of 12 months in the franchising/retail industry and multi-site operationsSales execution experience - in-store strategies, POS and retailer education programsExperience in public relations or marketing agenciesSocial media experienceDigital marketing experience or knowledge preferableKnowledge/Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a Marketing stream or Business-related disciplineCertification in social media highly desirableSolid knowledge of key marketing principles, concepts and tacticsStrong knowledge of brand values, voice and market positioningWhy would this role be perfect for you?Effective marketing begins with a good product!If you want to join a business that is clear on who their audience is, their mission statement, vision, and values are clearly defined, and that has a point of difference to make them stand out, then look no further!Aside from having a great product, you will also enjoy:
