In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be the planning, development and implementation of all Wilson Homes marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing Wilson Homes' marketing strategy in collaboration with the group marketing teamLeading the marketing plan and calendar of activities and events and maintain consistency with the developed set of Wilson Homes' brand guidelinesConceptualising and developing content for all campaigns: storytelling, planning and implementation in multimedia formatsOptimising ways of working with sales teams and other internal and external teams to achieve optimal outcomesMaximising all traditional and digital media, including television, radio, print, out of home and online display advertisements for tactical retail and branding campaignsDelivering innovative and creative concepts to increase brand awareness and increase customer enquiriesIncrease lead generation reflected in website traffic, the number of visitors to our display centres, and leads entered into our CRMManage media schedules, budgets and annual expenditureEvaluation of all campaigns, media activity, website analytics, display home traffic including assessment and ROI reportingManage Wilson Homes events, including but not limited to display open days, VIP nights, customer information evenings.About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldExceptional written and verbal communications skills (ability to generate quality and compelling content)Driven and organised self-starter able to use initiative and adapt to changeStrong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at a timeWillingness to travel statewide and interstate to collaborate with the wider marketing teamA commitment to working as one teamInterested?
