The Role As the Marketing Manager, you will lead all marketing initiatives, service operations, and business development activities for our restaurant, hotel, and tourism information center. This role presents an exciting opportunity to strategically influence the growth and success of our diverse business units through innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all business units and regularly report on marketing performance. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns aligned with seasonal trends, customer preferences, and local events to boost visibility and business growth. Team Leadership & Training: Lead the marketing and service teams, providing training and conducting data-driven marketing analysis to optimize service delivery and performance. Social Media Optimisation: Enhance our presence across platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, promoting our services and engaging with a diverse audience. Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams to create innovative marketing initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive business development. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and high customer satisfaction across our restaurant, hotel, and tourism services. About You We are seeking a dynamic, strategic individual with a passion for hospitality, tourism, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in marketing management, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or related industries. Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing, including campaign management, social media strategy, and analytics. Leadership & Communication: Proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Customer Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional service and creating outstanding experiences for customers and guests. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple business areas, and respond to seasonal and industry changes. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in any Chinese language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Wu, etc.) is highly advantageous but not essential. Why Join Us?
