About the RoleKommand are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to establish the marketing function in a business that is on a sharp growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the GM, this pivotal role will have the opportunity to shape and execute Kommand's marketing strategy with a focus on product and industry education. As the business continues to expand, this position is set to evolve into a more senior role, offering the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing marketing team in the coming years.
Key responsibilities include: Understand the Kommand brand guidelines, position and identity and continue to champion across all channels;Create and execute an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan with a focus on educating the target market on Kommand's products and services;Create a social media strategy and content plan, investigating scheduling tools, campaign analysis and paid media spend;Plan and execute industry events, tradeshows, site visits, product launches, demonstrations etc.;Capture compelling content, travelling to site on a regular basis to film, photograph and interview technicians for social media posts, case studies, website and marketing materials;Optimise SEO, paid media and website management to drive engagement and leads;Collaborate with the sales team and the product technicians on go-to-market strategies, product launches, updates and addressing customer pain points;Manage all marketing collateral and brochures, both print and digital, ensuring all materials are on brand and updated regularly;Work with the CRM on data integrity and execute regular eDM's that inform, engage and generate leads.About YouTo be considered for this opportunity, here's what you'll need:
A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential;At least 7 years of marketing experience, including significant experience in B2B marketing and exposure to industrial or technology sectors;Proven experience with social media strategy and management, including content creation and performance tracking;Expertise in content creation across multiple formats (case studies, videos, social media posts etc);Strong skills in email marketing, including campaign design and execution (eDMs);Experience in designing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and paid media (Meta platforms);Proficiency in basic graphic design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva;Excellent project management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines;Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and build relationships with external vendors.Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing in a growing, values-driven company.
