The role of the Head of Marketing is to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies in line with company sales objectives, and for a portfolio of key clients.You will support and drive business growth strategy initiatives by increasing brand awareness and securing leads for us and our clients by marketing with clear and consistent planning, strategic market analysis, & creative concept development.You will manage and up-skill the wider team to ensure best practice processes, tools and reporting are in place.The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading and developing the marketing team, ensuring all work is executed to the highest level to ensure we stay ahead of ever-changing marketing landscape.Your responsibilities will include: Lead the Performance Marketing strategyLead and support direct reports across Performance Marketing and Graphic Design teamsOngoing development and management of the brand strategyLead & execute the strategic and creative direction of end-to-end marketing campaigns to build brand awareness & generate leadsResponsible for budget and planning in-line with business goalsEvaluate customer research, market conditions & competitor dataEnsure content is accurate and consistent across digital platformsExecution of marketing campaignsCoordinate with Marketing Team to ensure strategies are carried out within a set timeframe and to the highest standardDrive accountability with your teamBe at the forefront of innovation and evolution in MarketingWhat we are looking for:Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a similar fieldIdeally 5+ years' experience in marketing management roleProven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns on a national scaleExperience managing key stakeholder relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management, organisational and project management skillsA forward-thinking, creative mindset with an eye for detailProblem analysis and problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamA proactive, insights-driven marketer who's curious, data-savvy, and adopted a 'test and learn' approachSomeone who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit team, with a passion for testing, learning, and growing marketing effectivenessBenefits:A reputable organisation that is growing, a brand you can truly get excited about and be proud to work forAn attractive salary package on offerAustralian owned company with a growing footprint who values their team membersA fun vibrant culture that celebrates success and helps each other to succeedA culture that is thriving, that can be innovative and diverseGain skills and experiences that will last a lifetimeFlexible working arrangements with WFH daysHOW TO APPLY:Please submit your resume by hitting APPLY or contact us directly:Zoe WareErin MayneAll applications will be held in strict confidence, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
