We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help us grow our brand presence both online and offline.
Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
This includes both digital and traditional marketing methods to boost our business's visibility, engagement, and growth.
You will be the key driver of marketing campaigns, working closely with the management team to align our business objectives with the latest marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company across all platforms (online and offline).
- Manage and execute marketing activities on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Drive online marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for engagement and conversions.
- Create and launch offers, promotions, and targeted marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize offline marketing techniques, such as local events, community outreach, and print marketing, to expand brand presence.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business goals.
- Oversee the content creation, including graphics, blogs, videos, and advertisements.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools, ensuring the business stays competitive in its marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required with sufficient experience).
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role, demonstrating the ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in both online and offline marketing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to track marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple marketing projects.
- Local candidates preferred, with the ability to work from our office located in Saigon Plaza, Inala.
