Their approach combines medical expertise with personalised care, ensuring patients receive compassionate support throughout their Fertility journey.About the roleThe Marketing Manager will lead the development of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and increase patient leads. You'll be reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing and have responsibility for a small multidisciplinary marketing team who are keen to thrive under your expert guidance.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with State GMs to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each state.Focus on improving marketing ROI by analysing data and making strategic adjustments as needed.Use data and expertise to maximize your team's impact as strategic partners to state GMs.Manage relationships with digital agencies.Be the escalation point for the marketing specialists when they have queries and questions relating to SEM/PPC/SEO & Social.Conduct quarterly and yearly reviews to discuss professional development and goals.Skills & ExperienceSEM/PPC/SEO & SocialExtensive experience developing growth marketing strategies.Data-driven approach to strategic decision making.Previously worked alongside/within digital agencies.Acquisition marketing (particularly focusing on digital channels)Demonstrated experience in people management.Benefits and CultureJoin a passionate team dedicated to making a difference, offering a competitive salary, flexible work options, and an opportunity to have measurable impact in a high growth business.
