We work flexibly from our Sydney CBD Office where you can expect to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
About the team The Affiliate Marketing team is responsible for developing marketing strategies for our large stable of investment managers to achieve business and sales objectives. This involves the conception and implementation of fully integrated marketing campaigns tailored for primarily adviser, but also consumer audiences. To provide successful sales and product support, we also produce marketing material, such as brochures, flyers, emails, presentations, newsletters, and web content.
About the role As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for development and delivery of end-to-end marketing projects including campaigns, website re-designs, brand identity creation/maintenance, events and other initiatives which support commercial targets through various distribution channels.
Operating as a true Marketing SME and partner you will cultivate strong relationships with your key stakeholders providing holistic guidance and support across all marketing activity. You'll liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure that all content is not only suitable from a marketing perspective, but also from a legal, compliance, product, and technical perspective.
Other responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
Generate comprehensive and effective briefs for external suppliers and manage relationships (e.g., creative agencies, PR agency) 
Manage the creation and maintenance of affiliate marketing materials as required, including product flyers, presentations, website content, campaign materials and webinars. 
Build a strong relationship with our PR agency and work with them to align marketing and PR strategies for the investment managers. 
Ensure strict compliance procedures are applied during the development of all communications, manage marketing sign-off procedures, and keep up-to-date audit files. 
Ensure consistency of messaging and branding for our individual investment managers 
Analyse and evaluate all marketing activities to measure effectiveness and ROI. 
The skills you'll need You'll be a dynamic, and hands on marketing professional with experience in campaign development and execution. Given the nature of our business you'll need to have marketing experience from within a financial services environment. Its highly desirable if you have funds management specific marketing experience.
You'll need exemplary communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships both up and down the corporate structure.
As well as;
Demonstrated ability in influencing decisions and outcomes.
Experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and marketing analytics
Project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong user of Microsoft packages, Salesforce (CMS), Account engage, WordPress, Google Analytics, Hootsuite
Highly desirable for you to have knowledge of Funds management industry and products and/or knowledge of financial advisory industry.
