We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic marketing, team leadership, and reporting, with a passion for driving results in the electrical industry. This is a newly created role influenced by our continual growth.
The ideal candidate will lead our marketing team that supports Bi-Rite Home Appliances and H&S Management Services. Ideally, you will have experience across a variety of industries including Retail, Electrical and Home Appliances and Early Learning. You will receive support across multiple lines of business from senior management.
Your responsibilities will be: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Bi-Rite Home Appliances and H&S Management Services products and services.Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the electrical industry, and develop strategies to capitalize on market dynamics.Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports to senior management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies.Represent Bi-Rite Home Appliances at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and enhance brand awareness.Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaignsManage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the electrical or related industry.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.What we can also offer you: Competitive Wage with potential bonus based on KPIs/performance Hybrid working conditions Amazing discounts on a range of electrical and home appliancesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family Professional Development opportunitiesClose to Public TransportAmple Onsite ParkingJoin our team and be part of a company that is shaping the future of the electrical industry!
