A 12 month max term opportunity now exists for a Marketing Manager - Home Services to join the Brand & Marketing team within the Member Value and Connection division.
You will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing marketing communication strategies for our home services products.
You will lead all product marketing, working closely with product managers & business unit stakeholders, the wider brand and marketing teams, and external agencies to achieve marketing and commercial objectives.
What will you be doing?
Drive marketing communication activities to achieve Home Services targets, support related products and new product development.
Develop and implement the Home Services marketing plans, aligned with annual product and business strategy.
Support product development and implement GTM strategy for products developed through the Motoring Innovation & Strategy team.
Oversee the monthly business performance review and ensure on-brand output is delivered on time, within budget, and meets targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as advertising agency representatives.
Identify opportunities for marketing improvement through competitor analysis, data-driven insights, and awareness of marketing and media trends.
Manage the tracking and coordination of the Home Services marketing and communication budget, providing performance recommendations.
Monitor and review the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement through analysis and ROI assessment.
What are we looking for in you?
Proven experience in marketing communication, strategy development, campaign coordination, and advertising with a results-driven approach.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with a variety of individuals.
Experience effectively managing marketing budgets.
Expert planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to meet organisational goals.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including Sitecore and related analytics.
Strategic mindset with the ability to foresee future possibilities and translate them into actionable strategies.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline.
