My client is a leading Software Vendor and managed security services provider focused on API Integration. Offering a comprehensive portfolio of Cloud Products, consulting and professional services, and data protection technology, they help businesses embrace digital transformation. As the EMEA Marketing Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with sales, channel partners, and our marketing teams to execute regional B2B marketing programs. We are looking for a driven demand generation marketer with the ability to help generate and develop qualified leads, drive customer retention, brand awareness, and support the achievement of sales revenue goals. You will communicate my client's brand values, cloud, and applications developments as you successfully implement these initiatives.
Main ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the marketing director to understand and execute integrated demand programs that will drive pipeline growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa – with a primary focus on UKI and DACH (including email marketing, ABM, third-party programs, thought leadership, social & digital media, webinars, and events).Communicate regularly with sales to ensure alignment as well as proper adoption, understanding, and integration of marketing campaigns and programs.Assist with details and logistics with events, industry conferences, and seminars. Ensure sales and marketing alignment with the event objectives and improve pull strategies, leads, and post-event follow-up.Amplify our presence with digital marketing activities – including LinkedIn and other social channels, retargeting campaigns, and more, to drive engagement and new customer acquisition.Collaborate with sales to identify target prospects, adapt specific messaging and content, and analyze and provide feedback on results.Monitor lead queues and lead development to ensure we have adequate quantity and progress necessary to achieve goals/objectives.Continuously measure, manage, and appropriately adjust campaign effectiveness: lead generation performance, lead conversion ratios, sales cycle conversions, campaign ROI.Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy.Education and Experience Required:BS Marketing or related field (preferred), MBA is a plus.10+ years cloud, technology marketing experience.Proficiency with Salesforce is essential.30% travel.Skills and ExperienceField marketing experience in the high-tech security industry, with a pan-regional focus.Develop and deliver strategies and tactics for inbound and outbound multi-channel campaigns including events, trade shows, direct mail, email marketing, webinars, social, display advertising, etc.Ability to write compelling copy, calls to action, and persuasive pitches.Experience of working with sales and partners to plan and implement local marketing activities.Working knowledge of marketing processes especially lead generation and customer marketing activities through successful campaign execution.Personable, presentable, and articulate.Strong written and verbal communication skills in a matrix environment.Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team.Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.You are metric driven and can draw insight from complex marketing data.You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment.You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box. #J-18808-Ljbffr
