We have a relentless focus on achievement, learning and continuous improvement.The OpportunityAs Marketing Manager – Customer & Trade, you will own the Trade and Retail Marketing strategy, and be responsible for leveraging customer and shopper data and market insights to drive best-practice trade and retail shopper activations, develop and benchmark best practice sales growth programs, events and activations whilst looking to create efficiencies through continual improvement.In this role you will collaborate with key retail partners, DIY and hardware National Accounts, as well as internal stakeholders to bring customer joint account plans, product innovation, and brand plans to life.
Alongside this, you will partner with key builders, architects and designers to deliver growth through awareness, consideration and conversion initiatives that reach Trade audiences and encourages them to design and build with James Hardie products.We are seeking someone who has strong commercial understanding; experience setting and implementing strategy and execution with a lens of applying research, insights and ROI analysis to optimise plans.
