We are on the hunt for an experienced and customer focussed Marketing Manager to join our team in a 12 month fixed term capacity. This role is part of the CARE Squad (Commercial and Regulatory Essentials ie. the things you need to do!) and will primarily work closely with the Customer Assurance Team to provide support to the Customer Assurance and Hospital Provider Network compliance initiatives.
It is a fast-paced role with a high frequency of compliance and remediation member communication initiatives to deliver across varied products, processes and services of the business requiring problem solving, adaptability and championing the member experience.
The Marketing Manager will lead a team of 4 specialists who collaborate with key stakeholders and are responsible for delivering compliance driven member communications covering 1 to 1 communications advice through to delivery.

Day to day, the role will see you: Deciding if your day is best spent working from home or the office. You know when to empower and when to lean in and support.Collaborating and consulting with key stakeholders on priorities and delivery plans – you'll need to be confident in bringing people together and working towards a shared goal.Owning the end-to-end development and delivery of member communications and experiences.Always on the lookout for ways to improve and manage campaign processes more effectively. This role is about working through existing remediations and about working to proactively prevent them.Measuring and continuously optimising communications effectiveness and processes.Keeping track of a range of initiatives and tasks, making sure things are running to plan.You will be a key contributor and leader of the Essentials Marketing and CARE squad culture.Taking some time to recharge your batteries and encouraging others to do the same.What about you? This role would be a perfect match for an experienced Marketing Manager with excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills. You'll be a pro at bringing people together and getting buy in on new ways of doing things. A genuine passion for and interest in member communications is important - we want you to like dealing with the complexities and understanding what makes things tick from processes and products to payments, to be able making them simple for our customers to understand.
We will need you to bring your strong, demonstrated people leadership experience along with a willingness to think ahead to pro-actively problem solve. You'll need to be a pro at pivoting – this is a fast-paced environment where priorities can change really quickly, so you need to be comfortable in juggling and prioritising.
Other must haves for the role include: Experience working in a highly regulated, complex corporate environment – think service industry, banks, telcos.High level stakeholder management skills including the ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with peers and senior leaders of business areas and influence where needed.Extensive experience in delivery of marketing communications from message development through to sign-off, production and distribution across multiple channels and audiences.Project management skills with strong attention to detail.Inclusion and Accessibility We believe in everyone's potential and strive to make Medibank inclusive for all because different perspectives make us better.
