We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Halcyon Communities Marketing team as a Content and Distribution Manager. This role can be located in Queensland (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast) or Victoria (Melbourne). The Opportunity Your role will be responsible for developing and coordinating content and communications campaigns to increase awareness of Stockland's Land Lease business and new development projects. As the SME in this space you will optimise and refresh content to align with the Land Lease communities value proposition. Your tasks will include: Develop and implement a content marketing plan to increase customer understanding of Stockland's value proposition delivered through LLC (Halcyon Communities). Distribute content, appropriate to the audience, across owned channels. Work with national brand and CMM to identify topics and talent that are multi-channel and have great reach and impact. Oversee key owned communication channels and work with CMMs to ensure there is weekly content refreshed. Manage the Halcyon Community Writing Style Guide and best practice templates. Assist with the art direction, processing and editing of digital asset production shoots. Analyse and report on the performance of content such as to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement. Remain up to date with trends in marketing, communication, public relations and technology. To be successful in this role you: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations. ??4+ years experience in communications or content creation. ?Experience in the development of communication plans, implementation and reach reporting. ?Experience in editing and distributing digital assets. ?Experience in copywriting. ?Demonstrated track record coordinating multiple projects from concept to conclusion. ?Ability to work independently and within a small, dynamic team. ?Be enthusiastic and motivated to assist, collaborate and learn.
