In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing high-impact campaigns across Australia and New Zealand, helping to drive our ambitious growth plans of our Audiology business.Reporting to the Head of Marketing – Audiology, you'll work closely with other campaign managers, internal teams, and external partners. As the primary point of contact for all campaign-related activities, you will liaise with creative and media agencies, and third-party vendors, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.Your responsibilities will include managing campaigns within budget, overseeing the creative development process, and optimising agency resources for maximum efficiency. You will also be accountable for managing timelines, coordinating creative requirements, and ensuring the seamless delivery of all campaign components.What we are looking forDemonstrated experience in marketing communicationsProven experience in managing through the line campaigns, integrating both Above the Line and Below the Line strategiesExceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet short deadlines and coordinate multiple projectsExperience in developing and implementing creative customer communications with an external advertising/media agency (or equivalent advertising agency experience)Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills to liaise and problem solve effectivelyAbout UsSpecsavers are rated the market leader for eye tests, the retailer of choice for contact lenses and one of the fastest growing hearing providers in Australia and New Zealand.
