We're seeking an experienced, strategic and energetic marketing manager to join our team and support our growth through its next stages.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic, integrated marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive financial outcomes and user experiences that convert.Lead digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.Content creation and brand storytelling across all platforms.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with the creative, product development, and CX teams to execute cohesive campaigns.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.Manage external agencies and oversee all creative outputs.Deliver insightful and in-depth reporting against key KPIs, and adjust activities as needed.Consistent innovation and pitching of new ideas.About You: 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role within e-commerce.A quantifiable and proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.Data-driven and highly analytical mindset.High level of creativity and an understanding of customer engagement trends.Deep understanding of key platforms including Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Meta, Google and applications that drive user experience.If you're ready to make an impact and contribute to the future of fashion, we want to hear from you.
