The role, at a glance:Biamp is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ANZ Marketing Manager to join our team and drive localised content marketing initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads and support the growth of our business in the region. You will also play a crucial role in event management, including trade shows and product introductions.

How you'll contribute:Develop and execute localised content marketing strategies to engage and educate B2B clients. Create compelling content such as presentations, blog posts, webinars, videos and more to resonate with the target audience.Plan and execute trade shows, training sessions, and product launches in the region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event outcomes.Implement lead generation strategies using various channels, including email marketing, social media and events. Work closely with Biamp Headquarters to ensure alignment with global marketing goals.Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage and nurture leads, track customer interactions and improve customer relationships. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data by working with regional Sales team.Leverage marketing automation tools, Marketo, to streamline processes, nurture leads and deliver targeted content to prospects. Implement lead nurturing workflows and strategies.Develop a deep understanding of Biamp's product offerings and effectively communicate their value to prospects and clients.With support create and manage the ANZ marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently and tracking expenses.Collaborate with HQ marketing teams, sales teams, and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide insights to make data-driven decisions. Continuously monitor and improve campaign effectiveness.Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.A successful candidate should have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field, or commensurate years of experience.Proven experience in B2B marketing, with preference for candidates experienced in the AV industry.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and marketing automation tools.Exceptional content creation and communication skills.Demonstrated success in lead generation and event management.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously.Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.Ability to travel as needed for trade show and various events, both domestic and international.Work environment:Onsite position based in Brisbane, Queensland.Routine use of standard office equipment.Up to 10% travel, both domestic and international.What we offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonus opportunities.Professional development opportunities and ongoing training.A dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunity for growth.Opportunity to join a global leader in audiovisual solutions.Who is Biamp?We make the world's most extraordinary audio and video solutions.
