Marketing Manager - Australia & New Zealand (ANZ)

Position Overview:
As our Marketing Manager for Australia and New Zealand, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that encourage growth and support sales across the region.
You'll have the opportunity to manage a team that creates full, multi-faced campaigns, tailors global campaigns, and launches new products.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with key internal partners to ensure that strategies are aligned with business priorities and local market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Launches:
Collaborate with local commercial teams to build an effective yearly marketing calendar aligned with our strategic direction.
Implement demand generation campaigns aimed at engaging customers and driving sales.
Report key marketing results to the wider business regularly Business & Category Management:
Lead marketing strategies that support business growth and success.
Work closely with sales and commercial teams to understand customer needs and ensure campaign design around those needs Analyse campaign performance and find areas for improvement.
Manage marketing tools with a focus on process simplification and tool optimisation.
Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with a customer-first approach.
Support team members by providing ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship Cross-Business Collaboration:
Partner with commercial teams to align strategies, campaigns, and events.
Continuously evaluate marketing channels to ensure efficiency and make necessary adjustments.
Embrace and promote the company's core values in all activities.
Performance Indicators:
Achieve annual marketing funnel targets Ensure timely delivery of campaigns that align with business goals Qualifications & Skills Required:
5+ years of marketing management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in marketing or sales with a history of success.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Strong ability to effectively communicate ideas through written and spoken word.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
