We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager - Customer Acquisition to join our client, a global FinTech (SaaS) giant!
What your exciting days will look like: Develop and execute innovative acquisition marketing campaigns to drive small business subscription growth across global markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, localisation) to deliver campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search, display, and video. Manage localisation efforts to ensure campaigns resonate with SMBs in various regions and languages. Analyze campaign performance, continuously test and optimise to improve ROI and conversion outcomes. Leverage customer insights and market data to refine strategies and enhance the customer journey from awareness to acquisition. Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices to drive innovative campaign solutions. What you'll bring to the team: 8+ years of experience in acquisition/growth marketing , with a proven ability to manage and optimise campaigns across multiple channels. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in running global marketing campaigns, with an understanding of regional and cultural nuances. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A curious and experimental mindset, focused on rapid experimentation and campaign innovation. Bonus: Experience with multi-lingual campaign execution and affiliate/influencer marketing. Perks!
