About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with 10-15 years of experience in the professional services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications, internally and externally. Lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for the ADG Group. Oversee all aspects of marketing: digital marketing, content creation, market research, and client engagement strategies. Oversee bids, tenders, and awards submissions to align with the brand and strategic goals. Track and analyse marketing metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and social media engagement. Collaborate with senior leadership team (SLT) to ensure marketing efforts align with organisational objectives. We are looking for someone with A degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is highly desirable. 10-15 years' experience in a professional service marketing role is highly desirable. Strong background in B2B marketing, digital strategy, and project management. Experience in leading and managing marketing and communications functions in a complex and dynamic environment. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and marketing software. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organisation.
