What you'll be doing: This is an exciting and critical position within the B2B Marketing and Commercial organisation broadly. You'll manage our customer growth ambitions for B2B, specifically our Corporate, Small-to-Medium Enterprise and Travel Agency Partner segments, as well as the business traveller segments who sit within those organisations. The purpose of the role is to deliver on these ambitions using your love of data, and knowledge influencing B2B buyer groups via marketing best-practice, as well as working in close collaboration with our wonderful Sales, Customer Success and Velocity Loyalty business stakeholders. The role leads one direct report, so you will lead both the strategy as well as the execution of your projects.
You'll be great in this role if you: Have strong people leadership via direct reports, as well as the ability to influence decisions at a mid-management levelHave experience leading marketing strategies at all levels of the Marketing funnel to grow pipelines and influence growth through conversionsHave strong knowledge of B2B audience buyer groups (direct and indirect) and what influences themHave strong knowledge of B2B, B2C and B2B2C go to market approaches and Marketing best practiceBuild strong working relationships at all levelsHave a love of data and developing strategies and initiatives to drive targeted resultsHave a love and hunger for test and learn, and driving continuous improvementHave previous experience in resource planning and project management skillsThink creatively and write compelling copyAren't afraid to get your hands dirty and lean-in to executionCan think logically and meet deadlinesCome with airline and/or loyalty experience (desirable)Have previously worked on paid digital, influencer, editorial and social campaign delivery (desirable)What you'll get from us: We're committed to looking after you, with some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry – including (but not limited to):
