Reporting to the Head of Marketing – APD Brands, you will be responsible for the Marketing of UGG across AU and NZ.
This includes managing the ideation, development and execution of UGG Marketing in AU and AZ across all channels.
You will be working cross functionally across the business – including Digital, eCommerce, CRM, Retail, Planning & Wholesale.
Your key responsibilities will include: BRAND Work closely with the Head of Marketing – APD Brands on execution of the AU and NZ GTM strategy for UGG.Provide creative guidance and direction for all content produced internally (i.e.
global brand guidelines, usage rights, logo placements, typography, image style, etc.
)Create, update and deliver localised brand presentations for review by UGG parent company, Deckers.Ensure compliance and quality control of creative material to all Brand elements including corporate and visual identity and brand value proposition.Execute on the agreed global GTM strategy across digital and retail channels.Work closely with our external influencer agency on our always-on organic seeding program.Co-op campaign coordination and development with external wholesale partners.Provide marketing support for wholesale and retail partners.SOCIAL MEDIA Plan, manage and post all social and influencer content in line with the GTM strategy.Management of the localised UGG Instagram & WeChat channel strategies.Deliver on predetermined Instagram follower growth KPIs across Instagram & WeChat.Plan all social content in line with both the global and localised marketing calendars.RETAIL Execute VM in line with global brand directives to ensure consistent messaging across all stores.Develop best practice in VM/POS for UGG retail in line with the global visual experience requirements.Develop assets and activations for new store openings, product launches/callouts and any deliver on any adhoc requestsExecute and distribute retail directives for POS marketing across the UGG retail store network.Briefing and creation of content for organic and paid media channels (Meta, organic social, china social, EDMs and web assets).Collaborate on paid campaigns across Meta, Google & Affiliate channels with our internal performance marketing teams.Manage the day-to-day communication with our external Chinese Social Agency across WeChat, Little Red Book and Weibo.Work closely with the CRM team on delivering campaign focused EDMs in line with GTM strategy.To be successful you will have the following: 5+ years in a Marketing or Marketing-related roleExposure in a previous global brand marketing position strongly consideredTertiary qualification in Marketing or Marketing-related a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals & photographyBasic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignAbility to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlinesUnderstanding of all different design output requirements across digital and print.Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint applicationA positive can-do attitude, hands-on and responsive approachAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to work well independently and as part of teamProject management experience highly regardedAt Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
