We're about making a difference.About the roleAs the Store Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing all in-store signage, marketing, and promotional activity.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and align with our brand strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to lead key business activities, including range reviews, brand refresh projects, and store renewal initiatives.This role works in a hybrid manner out of our Chadstone, Victoria Support Office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategicContribute to the development and execution of Officeworks' customer experience and in-store strategy.Lead the creation of branded concepts for retail executions, ensuring consistency with the Officeworks brand.Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful in-store campaigns.FunctionalDevelop and implement in-store marketing and signage to support business initiatives and category plans.Manage digital content and artwork development for in-store channels.Coordinate store communications to facilitate seamless implementation of marketing initiatives.Oversee the signage setup for new, refurbished, and closing stores nationwide.ProductionEnsure the timely production and delivery of all retail brand requirements by managing supplier relationships and overseeing quality standards.AdministrationEstablish and manage budgets aligned with campaign briefs.Continuously improve workflows and processes for efficiency.About youQualifications:Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.Experience:7+ years' experience in a marketing role – preferably in retail.Skills & Attributes:Strong understanding of marketing principles and retail environments.Expertise in customer journey principles and customer-centric strategies.Proficiency in print techniques, creative briefs, and design processes.Exceptional coordination, planning, and communication skills.Creative flair and a keen eye for visual marketing trends.Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to negotiate and collaborate effectively.Technology Proficiency:Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an advantage.Our cultureIt's all in a day's work when you're part of the Officeworks community – where you're not defined by who you are, but what you can do.
