About the role Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of those living with a rare disease or cancer? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies that enhance patient outcomes and support Takeda's business objectives.
This pivotal role involves leading a team to understand customer and patient insights, analysing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective campaigns.
Additionally, you will ensure all marketing activities comply with Takeda's internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
What you will do: People Leadership: Build and lead a collaborative and inclusive team, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Portfolio Strategy: Manage and optimise the rare disease and rare cancer portfolio to achieve financial targets.
Conduct analysis to identify trends and improve return on investment. Customer Excellence: Oversee the creative process and implement impactful marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement across various channels. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, design customer excellence strategies, and maintain effective communication. External Customer Relationships: Engage with customers, attend industry events, and incorporate valuable feedback to enhance our offerings. What we're seeking in you: We're looking for someone with proven leadership experience in a similar role, who is curious and open-minded, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
Essential: Undergraduate degree (Lifescience, Marketing, Business or related field) Highly desirable: Customer Excellence (Cx) or Digital marketing qualifications Minimum of 10+ years experience within Pharmaceutical Industry Proven leadership experience in a similar role Advanced strategic toolkit i.e.
: stakeholder management, structured problem solving, storytelling, change leadership, and project management. Marketing toolkit i.e.
: experience across various channels including sales, digital, print, events.
