We've partnered with global industry leaders, set up a world-class production facility, and delivered Grenadiers to customers in over 40 countries. Now, we're taking on the next challenge with the launch of our dual-cab ute, the Quartermaster. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Lead who shares our passion for adventure and is eager to help shape the future of 4x4 in Australia and New Zealand.

Role Overview As a Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in executing the Australia and New Zealand marketing strategy in alignment with our global vision. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative campaigns, events, and communications that elevate the INEOS Grenadier brand. You'll also work closely with international teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with our local audience.
Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of regional marketing initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard Plan, organise, and execute major events, product launches, and promotional activities to engage customers, partners, and stakeholders Develop retail and brand campaigns for the local ANZ markets Develop creative content, experiences, and partnership ideas that break away from traditional automotive marketing to make the Grenadier stand out Create detailed agency briefs for marketing activities and event activations, ensuring alignment with the INEOS Grenadier brand identity and objectives Collaborate with inter-departmental teams, including sales, product, and aftersales, to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels Research and recommend partnerships and events that enhance brand visibility, drive conversions, and increase customer advocacy Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, including PR coverage, event attendance, and sponsorship impact, to measure effectiveness and optimise strategies Engage with customers and retail partners to gather feedback and develop marketing activities that meet their needs and preferences Provide insights and recommendations on budget allocations and supplier negotiations to optimise campaign effectiveness What We're Looking For Proven marketing experience, either client-side or agency-side Strong event planning and execution skills, with a meticulous attention to detail Experience in the automotive industry, particularly 4x4s, is a plus Commercially minded, with a track record of meeting objectives and managing budgets effectively A keen understanding of how customer feedback and community engagement influence brand perception and loyalty Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools A self-starter with a passion for building a brand from the ground up, eager to be part of a small, dynamic, hands-on team Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Full Australian Driver's Licence Interested?
