This role is a 12-month fixed term contract and offers the chance to make a significant impact, working across product launches, brand positioning, and digital marketing strategies to further Cement Australia's reputation as a sustainable market leader. The role will commence once the ideal candidate is identified to support a comprehensive handover.
As the Senior Marketing Professional, you will: Lead the launch of new sustainable product solutions for both bulk and packaged cement markets across Australia.Identify and implement strategies to position Cement Australia as a sustainable leader in the cement category, including engagement in public forums.Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop impactful point-of-sale strategies for retail stores.Oversee product training initiatives for new products, ensuring alignment with both internal teams and external customers.Manage high-profile events and trade expos, ensuring seamless execution and maximum brand impact.Drive national promotional campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Ensure compliance with Cement Australia's brand guidelines and promote brand integrity across all channels.About you: We are looking for a senior marketing professional with demonstrated leadership in delivering strategic marketing initiatives within fast-paced environments. You will bring:
Extensive experience in product launches and market positioning, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors.Strong skills in content creation and digital marketing, including website management, social media strategy, and campaign implementation.Expertise in budget management and ROI tracking, ensuring efficient use of marketing spend.A customer-centric mindset with experience managing national campaigns, promotional activity, and branded materials.The ability to lead cross-functional projects, including collaborating with key accounts and sales teams.Experience in managing events and coordinating external providers to deliver high-impact outcomes.Analytical skills to monitor performance (e.g., NPS reports) and continuously improve engagement strategies.A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business (or equivalent).A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites when required.Why work for Cement Australia?
