About the TeamOur in-house national Business Development, Marketing & Communications team works across our business providing support to our national practice groups and is a key function that contributes to the growth and success of our firm. Our team spans across each state office, developing and implementing marketing initiatives, plans and strategies to drive business growth.
About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time Marketing Executive to join our Sydney team reporting to our Melbourne-based Chief Operations Officer. While the position is part of a national team, you will be the first point of connection to support and guide partners in Sydney on all marketing and events related queries.
Within the role, you can expect to undertake a diverse range of work including assisting with marketing initiatives, communications, digital marketing, events and other generalist marketing activities.
Day to day you can expect to:
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and business development strategies and plans, both locally and nationally;Produce marketing collateral as needed in compliance with brand standards and the firm's style guide;Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns around specific practice areas and industry sectors;Coordinate sponsorship and professional membership relationships;Lead the planning, coordination and execution of client seminars, events and functions;Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Executive and the National Communications Manager to contribute to the firm's communications and social media presence;Support the creation of marketing content, including website content, blog posts, social media updates and email campaigns, and ensure accurate and compelling messaging.About YouThis role will suit candidates with 3 years or more experience within a marketing, business development, or a related role within a professional services or legal environment. You will have a genuine interest in law and desire to grow your career within the firm.
It is critical that you enjoy working as a team and supporting your colleagues to achieve the best outcomes possible. This will include developing relationships and building trust and confidence from internal stakeholders especially. Our ideal candidate will also possess the following:
Relevant studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and Indesign and a general capacity to pick up new systems and learn new tools as required;Excellent written skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling content;Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders;Ability to work collaboratively as part of a national team as well as working autonomously on tasks while working to deadlines.Who We AreHolding Redlich is a large national commercial law firm with offices across Australia.
