As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Everyday Rewards Membership base through innovative partner marketing initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include: Campaign Planning and Execution: Design, implement, and continuously optimise marketing campaigns in collaboration with rewards partners, ensuring alignment with the Everyday Rewards Membership goals.Stakeholder Management: Foster and manage strong marketing relationships with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Financial and Customer Value Balance: Deliver robust financial performance while providing exceptional value to our members.Targeted Member Engagement: Strategically engage our members through their preferred channels, delivering the most compelling offers at opportune moments to maximise impact.Data-Driven Insights: Utilise analytics to assess campaign performance. Focus on optimising engagement, response rates, and conversion metrics, driving continuous improvement.Analytical and Account Management Support: Provide analytical support and account management to strengthen relationships with key external partners, ensuring outcomes that are beneficial for all parties involved.Meeting Coordination: Organise and lead partnership meetings with relevant teams and squads to facilitate effective collaboration and execution.Key focus areas in the role include: Collaborate closely with the Partner Marketing and Merchandising teams, alongside the Everyday Rewards squad, to deliver cohesive end-to-end marketing campaigns.Work with cross-functional teams including creative, technology, and product teams to ensure alignment and successfully execute the overall marketing strategy for partners.Demonstrate a deep passion for Customer Lifecycle Marketing, encompassing BTL, ATL, and TTL strategies, while possessing a solid grasp of the marketing funnel and industry best practices.Exhibit strong communication skills, delivering compelling messages that resonate with customers in a clear and engaging manner at the right moments.What you'll bring: Experience in Direct / Digital Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles.Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business / Commerce / Marketing etc.).Ability to manage and effectively communicate, influence and negotiate with a diverse stakeholder network.Competent with technology and comfortable learning new platforms.Strong time management, planning and stakeholder management skills.Attention to detail, scheduling and work-flow planning.Work well under pressure to deliver results whilst maintaining values.Highly developed written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills.What you'll experience: A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.Opportunity to Salary Sacrifice, enabling team members to purchase selected eligible items or services from pre-tax salary.Provisions to allow cashing out of leave and purchasing additional leave.Access to Sonder.
