As a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, we are looking for a full-time or part-time Marketing Executive to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities As the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving client growth, enhancing brand awareness, and positioning the firm as a leading employer in the legal industry. In this standalone role, your responsibilities will include:
Marketing Strategy and Execution Develop and implement marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, content marketing, digital campaigns, and paid media, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals.Plan, execute, and assess demand generation campaigns to attract potential clients and grow the firm's reach.Content Development and Management Collaborate with the legal team to create compelling articles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces that highlight the firm's expertise.Create, manage, and publish engaging content, including videos, images, and written materials for social media posts, client updates, and promotional activities.Brand Awareness and Employer Branding Partner with leadership to develop and execute branding initiatives, including submissions for industry awards and employer branding campaigns.Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning of the firm in the legal and employer marketplaces.Social Media and Digital Presence Monitor and manage the firm's social media accounts, ensuring an active and engaging presence.Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.Partnership and Industry Collaboration Build and manage partnerships with industry professionals, publications, and other key stakeholders.Coordinate webinars, advertisements, and interviews with relevant industry figures to enhance the firm's reputation and reach.Campaign Analytics and Reporting Measure, analyze, and report on the success of marketing activities and campaigns, using insights to inform future strategies.Monitor key performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts on client acquisition and brand growth.Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with internal teams, including legal professionals and leadership, to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.Provide creative input and recommendations on marketing and branding efforts to support organizational growth.Who You Are Passionate about marketing, with a drive for continuous learning and skill development.Strong experience in content creation.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Highly detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field, or equivalent experience.Impeccable attention to detail and highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently or as part of a team.Experience in professional services industry a plus.Graphic design experience a plus.Why Join Us?
