Queensland Cricket is seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Executive - Participation to drive participation, fan engagement and commercial outcomes.About the role As the Digital Marketing Executive – Participation, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a diverse range of marketing activities under the QLD Cricket and Brisbane Heat brands to promote and grow cricket.Reporting to the Head of Digital & Marketing, in this role you will: Promote participation and growth in QC competitions, programs and activities Implement multi-channel communications and digital marketing campaigns to drive cricket participation, community engagement, fan engagement and attendance outcomes Utilise the Brisbane Heat brand and Big Bash League competitions to engage new and existing participants Support wider Queensland Cricket digital marketing initiatives including sponsorship campaigns, ticket sales, email marketing, website development and social media Lead impactful communications & campaigns to drive awareness
About you The successful applicant must have: Tertiary qualifications in business, advertising, social media, marketing, journalism or a related field Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and initiatives Demonstrated attention to detail and strong MS Office skills Experience using email marketing tools such as Insider, Mailchimp and Salesforce In-depth understanding and passion for social and digital media with established platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram Prioritisation and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure High level verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in digital media and/or marketing Current blue card for working with children issued by Blue Card Services Qld
