The role is suited to someone with an ambition to develop their career in marketing, with a focus on building experience & acumen across a broad range of marketing activities as well as taking a leadership role for activities where relevant.Reporting to the Group Brand Manager, this role assists on both the Wound Care and Joint & Muscle portfolios.The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:Be the lead for consumer marketing campaign execution, focusing on creative asset localisation, collaborating with the media agency on in-flight optimisations and reporting back to the Group Brand Manager on performance.Assist in the implementation and execution of the wider Marketing Plan such as sampling and experiential marketing initiatives.Be the lead for our CSR Program: Elastoplast Kids First Aid Program.Take on a key role within the product launch process, managing soft changes and being the key point of contact for all product changeover information.Own PO placement & invoice management for all consumer marketing activities.Work closely with Regulatory and Legal teams to ensure that activities comply with relevant Acts, i.e., TGA, Cosmetic Claims Act to ensure legal demands and ethical standards are complied.Provide administrative support to the marketing team.YOUMarketing/tertiary degree qualified.Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role.Analytical and reasoning skills with an eye for detail.A curious mind & strong initiative, good follow-up, lateral thinking, and responsibility.Organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines/results orientated.Good communication and interpersonal skills – Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.Demonstrates a positive attitude and is flexible to work within a team or independently.PERKSWork from home 2 days per week.On-site gym.Additional leave days over and above Annual Leave.Access to Health and Wellbeing programs (subsidised subscription of the Calm App).Over $100 of free products every year.Paid Parental Leave.Internal mentoring program.Development plans to guide your career growth.Employee Referral Program.Tertiary Assistance Program for further education.If this sounds like a place you'd love to work at, apply today.
