More About the Role at News Corp Australia The Marketing Executive - Loyalty is responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of our consumer loyalty programs, The Australian Plus and +Rewards. This role plays a key part in driving engagement and retention within our core subscription business. As the Marketing Executive - Loyalty your responsibilities will include but are not limited to : - Day-to-day implementation of loyalty programs, including offer building, testing, and program reporting. - Customer Management System (CMS) and ensuring best practices. - Coordination of member events, including asset management and stakeholder engagement. - Supporting the Marketing Manager in managing partner relationships and development of post-campaign reporting. - Contributing to and implementing marketing communications strategies across various channels to drive program engagement and minimise churn. - Ensuring compliance with legal advice and program terms and conditions. - Measuring and reporting program results, and provide insights to drive strategy. - Acting as a customer champion, understanding member engagement drivers and pain points. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders from various disciplines.
