At the CMV Group, it is our firm belief that our people are our most important assets.About the roleWe have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join CMV Group.
This position offers a dynamic work environment, where you'll collaborate with a small but talented team of creative marketing professionals.
In this generalist role, you'll take a hands-on approach, spanning brand management, promotion, and digital marketing.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will also partner with General Managers and respective branch/sales managers from the business.
You will enjoy regular interstate travel as part of this role.Key requirements of the RoleDesign and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (including CRM) to drive company growth and customer engagementTake ownership of advertising and CRM campaigns from inception to completionDesign and manage the production of marketing material, including posters, flyers, newsletters, and POSCraft innovative marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving customer acquisitionPlan, coordinate and attend events including product launches, exhibitions, and awards ceremoniesMonitor competitive landscapes and provide recommendations for improvementsWork closely with a team of skilled marketing professionals to share ideas, provide support, and achieve collective goalsIdentify and secure advertising and sponsorship opportunities that align with the company's marketing strategy and campaign goalsSkills / Experience and QualificationsTertiary Marketing or Communications qualifications preferredProven competency with graphic design software including In-Design and PhotoshopExceptional written and interpersonal communication skills essentialExperience within the business-to-business or within a high net-worth retail product environment desirableStrong ability to negotiate and influence to achieve outcomesAutomotive experience will be highly regarded but is not essential as product training is availableCurrent driver's license with access to a vehicleWhat we OfferMarket-competitive remunerationOpportunity for South Australian travelFriendly team environmentWell established and long-standing business groupWork with internationally recognised brandsCompany phone and laptopHOW TO APPLYIf you are looking for more responsibility, a challenging and important role or to take the next step in your Marketing career, submit your CV and a cover letter now!We thank all applicants for their interest, however only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
