The roleWe are currently seeking the services of a Marketing Executive to assist in the development and implementation of the asset marketing strategy for the celebrated Rouse Hill Town Centre.
The role contributes to centre campaigns and activations, assists with the delivery of asset events, manages social channels, and prepares reporting for sales and market research/intelligence to be delivered to the team.
What you will be doingAssisting the Marketing Manager to develop the annual marketing plan and calendar for Rouse Hill Town Centre and then reviewing and tracking progress against the marketing plan and presenting updates to stakeholders as required.Delivering campaigns and events with particular emphasis on in-centre activations and events and then supporting post-campaign analysis including gathering retailer feedback, analysing sales performance and tracking of foot traffic / event attendance.Providing continuous updates for multi-channel information for all new and existing retailers, centre marketing campaigns and events and stakeholders on all relevant digital channels, as well as managing social channels to ensure up-to-date information and new content at all times.Coordinating retailer specific initiatives and joint promotions to support key or new retailers, ensuring participation from retailers in relevant digital opportunities and centre based promotions/events.Assisting in communicating key research and data insights from research to ensure opportunities are leveraged and reviewing and assisting in communicating a range of internal marketing reports.General administration as required by the Marketing Manager, including supporting the Centre Management team with new tenants and raising purchase orders and tracking expenditure through campaign budget tracking.What makes you stand outAs a Marketing Executive with prior experience in a similar role, you will have a good understanding of the latest marketing trends, preferably the retail sector.
You will have the ability to identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver initiatives on time and within budget and are able to build effective stakeholder relationships.
You will also need exceptional communication skills and have strong skills across the MS Office suite.
