You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success, and we look forward to the innovative ideas and strategies you will bring to the role!What you'll do:Adjust the global/regional marketing plan to formulate local marketing strategy and approaches for respective marketsSparring partner for the global marketing team and local management team to discuss strategic directionManage the marketing budget for ANZ and ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectivesImplement and actively contribute to global marketing campaigns, including Account Based Marketing (ABM), locally adapted and implemented across ANZ; including email marketing, digital advertising, social media, and events to generate leads and increase brand awarenessCollaborate with external partners to develop promotional activities that align with business objectivesAnalyse data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve future campaignsWork closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and objectivesCollaborate with marketing colleagues across the globe to ensure successful execution of marketing initiativesHow does this translate into day-to-day tasksOrganise Swisslog external events and trade shows, following corporate design guidelinesWrite and execute the media & PR planMaintain and develop content of online media (website) and social media platformsCoordination and circulation of external marketing emails, nurture tracks and journeys via marketing automation and monitor the performance of different campaignsManage the production of reference marketing assets (movies, case studies, etc.), building strong relationships with customersPerform and drive lead generation activities, share with the team and implement learnings to the next campaignSupport the Business Intelligence team with market data, continuously perform competitors' analysis through further understanding of their websites and other channels; coordinate market intelligence with local sales teamFunction as Salesforce super user; ensure accurate data is maintained on the CRM system, provide management with correct data when requiredSuccess tracking and regular reporting of all marketing activitiesApplication RequirementsWhat you need to succeed5+ years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in a software / technology fieldA passion for robotics and automationUnderstanding of CRM systemsStrong teamwork ethicAbility to influence and implement global marketing strategiesStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize future campaigns to determine the highest ROIOutstanding communication skillsDemonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomouslyAttention to detail, follow-up, and accountabilityBe process-driven and willing to take ownershipAbility to travel as part of the roleWhat does success look like:Coordinated, well-produced campaigns that elevate our brand across ANZ, through close collaboration with Swisslog's Global marketing teamPositive trend in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) promoting a strong lead pipeline in ANZ
