Our opportunity As Marketing Executive, you will assist with developing and delivering the strategic marketing direction. You will coordinate, prepare, maintain and monitor all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home.
Your responsibilities will include: Prepare marketing briefs and presentations.Prepare project promotion material, press, online material and other project marketing deliverables.Assist in developing, implementing and driving strategies, objectives, policies and initiatives.Ownership and management of launch program and campaign deadlines.Conduct market research and reporting on market trends, competitor, customer and campaign performance.Manage marketing budgets, PCG reports, expense claims, invoicing and chair meetings as required.Facilitate competitor and customer research, analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops.Coordinate and attend project launches and events.Liaise with media, agencies, market research firms, PR companies and suppliers.Your point of difference You will have at least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
Preferred qualifications include: Solid marketing industry experience, including experience in digital and print media.Property sector experience.Good Microsoft Suite skills.Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign and Photoshop).CRM, CMS, EDM systems skills.Social media platforms.Good understanding of Google Analytics.All of these attributes are preferred; if you think you may be the right fit for the role, please still apply.
